New Series beginning with 11.1 in order . Open workouts will be programmed on one day mid week and the other on Saturdays we'll skip 7min of burpees since we recently did that. The open is only 9 weeks away. Happy New Year everyone. Lets all be better this year than the last in every way:)!!!
